Happiness is a choice – it is our choice! All our experiences in life depends upon the choices we make. Learn how to react in a positive and constructive manner when difficult circumstances arises in our life. Choose Happiness is a day course that teaches us methods on how to maintain a peaceful, happy mind all the time.

This day course includes 2 teaching instructions, 4- 5 guided meditations, a tea break in-between  and a delicious vegetarian lunch.


10.30am – 11.45am   Teaching

12.15pm – 1.00pm    Meditation

1.00pm – 2.30pm     Lunch

2.30pm – 4.00pm    Teaching
