Day Course – Building a Daily Meditation Practice

Even when we have had instructions on how to meditate, it can be difficult to make meditation part of your day. Yet the whole purpose of meditating is to build new mental habits that enable us to have a more positive fulfilling experience of life. On this day course we will learn how to be successful in building a daily meditation practice and how to integrate that into your day.  This is a practical, easy to follow guide for our daily lives.

Timetable

10.30am – 11.45am Introduction, Breathing meditation and Teaching #1

12.15pm – 1.00pm Guided Meditation

1pm – 2.30pm Lunch

2.30pm – 4.00pm Guided meditation, Teaching #2, Q&A, Dedication.

Course fee $50 (includes Vegetarian Lunch)
