Course 1

Meditations for Relaxation and a Clear Mind

Guided meditations to relax body and mind

Simple guided meditations that can be practised by anyone. With regular practice, these meditations help to relax both body and mind and lead to a deep experience of inner peace.

Finding happiness from a different source

Guided meditations that lead to mental clarity and inner peace. A voyage of discovery into the mind that reveals our inner potential for lasting peace and happiness.

How to Solve our Anger Problem

This How to Solve our Anger Problem course looks at why anger arises and how to manage anger. Through engaging in simple meditation techniques learn how to overcome anger:
1. Understand what anger is and how it arises
2. Learn to control anger without repressing it
3. Discover techniques for reducing and eventually eradicating anger altogether
4. Eliminate disharmony from relationships
5. Learn to react positively to difficult situations
6. Learn how not to retaliate when provoked
