Meditation To Quieten The Mind
In busy modern life, we have so many things to distract us. Meditation teaches us to be calm and centred so that we learn to love being still in the company of our own mind.

- be more mindful of the present.
- to accomplishing more, while feeling peaceful.
What to bring/ wear:
Please bring your own yoga mat or cushion and you can wear anything that is comfortable for you.

Course Teacher: Janice Njoo
Janice is a Kadampa practitioner for over a decade and is also a student of the Teacher Training Programme.
She has taught for many years and has a joyful approach in explaining meditation for our daily lives.
