Meditation Classes

Each class has two guided meditations, a short talk, prayers and question and answer session.  These are General Programmes classes and are suitable for everyone including complete beginners.Although each class is part of a short series they are self-contained and accessible at any time; you can drop in at any stage of the series ; it is not necessary to have attended the earlier classes.

Meditations for Inner Peace with Winson Ang

Easy meditations for beginners.

Normally our need to escape from unpleasant feelings is so urgent that we do not give ourself the time to discover where these feelings actually come from. Through Buddha’s teachings, we can find powerful advice for inner peace and happiness in our daily life. Secrets of Happiness with Gen-la Khyenrab

In this busy world, our experiences of happiness are fleeting and short-lived, while inner peace eludes us completely.  Our negative states of mind such as uncontrolled desire and anger, create endless problems for ourselves and others and prevent us from fulfilling our deepest wishes.  Buddha’s popular teachings on love and patience offer clear and simple solutions guiding us to an oasis of peace within our hearts.
