KMC Singapore is holding meditation classes in other areas of Singapore allowing people to access classes near to where they live. The classes will be held as short courses of 3 weeks. You can sign up for a course at a preferential rate or just drop-in on the night.
The practice of meditation is a method for acquainting our mind with virtue. The more familiar our mind is with virtue, the calmer and more peaceful it becomes and when our mind is peaceful, we are free from worries and mental discomfort and we experience true happiness.
