Our weekly classes are suitable for those interested in finding out about the basics of Buddhism and meditation
 
You can choose one of our short courses to enjoy maximum benefits from meditation. Booking a course gives good value as you get one class in the series free. Booking a course is also a great way to learn meditation.  If you prefer you can book just one class or come to our drop-in classes.
 
Each class has a short talk, two guided meditations, and brief prayers.
