Join us for a half day workshop that teaches you meditation skills and leaves you feeling great! Learn simple guided meditations that enable you to relax your mind giving you a feeling of inner peace and tranquility.

These half day courses are an intense break from the busyness of city life that give you an increased sense of mental and physical wellbeing.
