Meditations for Inner Peace
with Winson Ang

Easy meditations for beginners.

Normally our need to escape from unpleasant feelings is so urgent that we do not give ourself the time to discover where these feelings actually come from.

Through Buddha’s teachings, we can find powerful advice for inner peace and happiness in our daily life. During the classes the mechanics of meditation will be explained and we shall engage in practical guided meditations for finding inner peace within our busy life.

Each class has two guided meditations, a short talk, brief prayers and question and answer session. Suitable for everyone.

Although each class is part of a short series they are self-contained so you can come to any class in the series. It is not necessary to have attended the earlier classes.
