Sunday Course – How to Meditate

Enjoy a Sunday with a difference at Kadampa Meditation Centre Singapore. Our Sunday courses are designed to give you time to learn about meditation and Buddhism as well as time to relax and gain a sense of contentment and well being that comes from practising meditation.

There are three teaching and meditation sessions with complimentary refreshments and snacks provided in one of the breaks.

10am – 2pm

Meditation gives us peace of mind, harmonious relationships and a meaningful life. This popular half day retreat is the perfect introduction to meditation, providing the basic techniques that will enable you to experience these benefits for yourself.

  • Learn simple guided meditations that can be practised by anyone.
  • Receive practical advice on how to include meditation in your daily routine.
  • Understand why meditation is important to make you happy and free from problems.



10am – 11am- Introduction and teaching #1 with guided meditation

11am – 11.45am- Refreshment break

11.45am – 12.45pm – Teaching #2 with guided meditation

1pm – 2pm- Meditation and Q&A
