Sunday Course: 02 June 10am – 2pm

Enjoy your Sunday with a difference at Kadampa Meditation Centre Singapore. This course is designed to help you gain a deeper understanding of Buddha's teachings on the ultimate nature of ourself. It also gives us time to relax and gain a sense of peace and well being that comes from practising this meditation.

There are three teaching and meditation sessions with complimentary refreshments and snacks provided in one of the breaks.

Habits of Happy people.

This course looks at the bad habits we have and how to change them for habits that brings us health and happiness.

Many of our mental and physical habits cause us unhappiness. It seems we are forever caught up in a cycle of going to all the wrong places to try to make ourselves happy. We get into patterns of relying on small hits of happiness that bring discontent and turn into negative habits.

On this course we look at how to build new habits by learning practical techniques that bring genuine happiness in daily life through the practice of meditation and Buddhist wisdom.

Timetable:

10am – 11am- Teaching #1 with guided meditation

11am – 11.45am- Refreshment break

11.45am – 12.45pm – Teaching #2 with guided meditation

1pm – 2pm- Teaching #3 with discussion, Q&A
