We all want to have a calm and peaceful mind and daily meditation is the best way to learn to be peaceful. However new habits can be hard to develop and many people find establishing a daily practice difficult. On the meditation challenge you will have the support and focus you need to make meditation part of your day.

Get into a good habit of  daily meditation by engaging in a meditation every day for 21 days in a row and coming to as many classes as you can fit in.

Meditation Challenge pass  $40 this includes

  • An introductory class to set you up for the challenge. You can choose either Monday 24 or Thursday 27. (7.30pm-9pm)
  • Attendance to as many weekday meditation classes held at KMC Singapore as you wish for the 21 day period.
  • 20% discount on any Sunday meditation events held  at KMC Singapore during the 21 day challenge.
  •  Concluding class Friday 19 October to give you advice on going forward as well as food and a get together in our cafe.

We will also help you by giving you a free record sheet to keep you on track and a daily email to remind and inspire you.  You can ask or e-mail any questions or difficulties you have and our teachers will help you resolve them.

All the guided sessions are held at KMC Singapore led by experienced teachers who have been practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhist meditation for many years. You can do your  personal meditations wherever you choose!
