We've all experience painful feelings. So what do you do when you are experiencing mental or emotional pain?
Often we seek refuge in things that are only able to provide temporary relief or distractions from our unpleasant feelings. This Sunday course will teach practical methods to help change the way we view our challenges and overcome our painful feelings with correct contemplations and meditations through Buddha's teachings.
This course is suitable for everyone. Beginners with no background in meditations are also welcome, as these teachings are very accessible and practical with step by step guided meditations by the teacher - Boey Yew Tung. There are three teaching and meditation sessions with complimentary refreshments and snacks provided in one of the breaks.
10am - 11am- Introduction and Teaching #1 with guided meditation
11am - 11.45am- Refreshment break
11.45am - 12.45pm - Teaching #2 with guided meditation
1pm - 2pm-Teaching #3 with guided meditation and discussion
