Sunday Course – Meditations for Relaxation

Enjoy a Sunday with a difference at Kadampa Meditation Centre Singapore. Our Sunday courses are designed to give you time to learn about meditation and Buddhism as well as time to relax and gain a sense of contentment and well being that comes from practising meditation.

There are three teaching and meditation sessions with complimentary refreshments and snacks provided in one of the breaks.

Learn to relax your mind.

Join us for a half day workshop that teaches you meditation skills and leaves you feeling great! Learn simple meditations that enable you to relax your mind giving you a feeling of inner peace and tranquility and take home practical advice on how to practice in your daily life.

 

Timetable:

10am - 11am- Introduction and teaching #1 with guided meditation

11am - 11.45am- Refreshment break

11.45am - 12.45pm - Teaching #2 with guided meditation

1pm - 2pm- Meditation and Q&A
