In this special weekend event, join us to receive the blessings of Buddha Vajrapani- the Buddha of Spiritual Power. His nature is great compassion and his fierce appearance  displays a powerful ability to overcome negativity and hindrances. 

Through making a connection with this Buddha, we will strengthen our mind as well as energise our practice, giving us the inspiration and confidence to control our mind. This will enable us to develop the inner power to overcome the obstacles and hindrances of daily life and make successful progress in our spiritual path.

What is an Empowerment?

It includes teachings and guided meditation where we connect with Buddha Vajrapani and receive his blessings and inspirations of Spiritual Power .

Saturday

On Saturday we will receive the empowerment and teachings on the power of the mind. We will understand how transforming our mind is essential if we are to learn to be happy and peaceful all the time and how to receive Buddha Vajrapani's help to control our mind.,

Sunday

On this day we will receive teachings on guarding the mind based on chapter 5 of Guide to the Bodhisattva's Way of Life by Shantideva. This much loved text gives an unequalled explanation of how to develop mindfulness in daily life and is an essential text for those who wish to train their mind.
