Weekly classes offer guided meditations and Buddhist teachings that are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners. Please feel free to drop in on a class-by-class basis.

Lunchtime Meditation

30-minute meditation

Refresh & Revive (Suitable for all levels)

Tuesdays & Thursdays 12.30pm - 1pm

Join us during your lunch hour with a 30-minute guided breathing meditation and feel refresh for the rest of the day.

Buddhist Wisdom and Practical Solutions For Daily Life

Short Courses (Suitable for all levels)

Tuesdays 7.30pm - 8.45pm

These 3 or 4-week course offer various practical solutions with Buddhist wisdom for our daily life.

These drop-in classes offer 45-minutes of guided meditations focused on the breath, clarity of mind and loving kindness.
