Weekly classes offer guided meditations and Buddhist teachings that are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners. Please feel free to drop in on a class-by-class basis.

These drop-in classes offer 60-minutes of guided meditations focused on the breath, clarity of mind and loving kindness.
